Cancellation Policy

Please read and agree before placing your order: • Full Payment Required: Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will not enter production until payment is received. • Order Confirmation: Once payment is submitted, your order is considered confirmed and locked into the production queue. • Design Proof & Approval: One digital proof is included with your order. Production begins only after written or digital approval is received. Minor text or layout edits are allowed. Major design changes may incur additional fees. • No Cancellations After Approval: All sales are final once the design proof is approved. No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted after production begins. • Changes & Revisions: Requests made after proof approval may require re-printing and will be charged accordingly. • Turnaround Time: Production and delivery timelines vary by product and volume and are listed in the service description. Delays caused by late approvals or missing information are the customer’s responsibility. • Artwork Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, numbers, spelling, colors, and images. MoWork Sports is not responsible for errors approved in the final proof. • Weather & Installation Disclaimer: MoWork Sports is not responsible for damage caused by weather, improper installation, or misuse of printed materials. • Usage Rights: MoWork Sports reserves the right to photograph and use completed materials for promotional and portfolio purposes unless requested otherwise in writing prior to production.
